This really isn't a heavy duty drill and fails pretty bad when I try to drill 1" auger bit hole for electrical work. However, it's excellent for deck screws, it just has enough power to drive them on high speed, and it's much lighter than my heavier duty drill. The reduction in fatigue after a day is noticeable. Yes! A lighter weight driver and drill by Milwaukee. The company has a reputation for tough, heavy tools. At least the heavy part is now a myth. As a cabinetmaker of 31+ years I've used Milwaukee products quite a bit. These are nice and light weight due to the slim Lithium Ion batteries. Quick to recharge.
